HOME-BASED ABA SERVICES
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) aims to teach individuals certain behaviors by changing environmental factors. The foundation of ABA is based on the learning mechanism that B.F. Skinner had worked on. According to this mechanism, the frequency of reinforced behaviors increases. Desired behaviors can be rewarded in a systematic way so that the person engages in these behaviors more often.
The aim of ABA-focused behavior therapy is to help individuals to have an independent life. Skills that are being worked on can include many areas such as social communication, linguistic skills, attention and basic life skills.
